Sales Territory Manager – Quebec

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Knowledge of Bob Dale Gloves inventory and the company processes for ordering, shipping and invoicing customers

Meet with customers to determine their product needs and provide them with product and company literature

Conduct training seminars

Work closely with Director of Sales to maintain and grow existing relations

Follow up with customers to ensure Bob Dale Gloves product/service is meeting their expectations

Support all trade shows and promotional functions

Monthly call reports with budget accountability review

Cultivate new opportunities

Provide annual sales budget

Keep accurate expense records and forward them in a timely manner to the accounting department

Perform other duties as assigned

 

Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:

Ensure work activities are performed effectively, within time and budget parameters and according to performance and quality standards that focus on customer satisfaction and they meet all goals and objectives

Ensure all work activities are performed in a manner that contributes to the long-term image and profitability of the corporation

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education

High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree an asset 

Skills and Abilities

Computer skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Planning, organizing and multi-tasking capabilities

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Driver’s License

Ability to travel 

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining customer relationships

Proven record of successful sales experience

Demonstrated expertise in self motivation

Confidence

Industry knowledge an asset
