The role of Client After-Sale Technical Specialist is to support and strategize escalated technical issues with corporate partners. You will provide the link between the Technical and Marketing teams and ensure customers' satisfaction. You will also serve as primary liaison between the partner (client) and the onsite Technicians - you will determine the escalated level 1 - 2 problems and what needs to be serviced and repaired (you will not perform the repairs
You will be assisting on a large-scale project and liaise between the US and Canadian office. This is a 12-month contract with 6 months in Montréal and 6 months in New York City (your expenses are all paid; more detailed explanation as to what is included at the time of interview
Please note that this is a hybrid role. We are looking for a solid troubleshooter (technical knowledge) with advanced client servicing capabilities. You need to be project minded and have the ability to coordinate various services, products and multiple clients simultaneously.
What are we looking for?
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a technology-related role
- Resourcefulness and excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in an ERP environment - knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Fluent bilingualism with an advanced command of English
- Excellent listener and communicator of ideas
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, operations management or business administration
- Experience managing a special project - would be a big asset (not in a PMP role)
- Experience in the luxury retail industry - a huge asset
