Position Overview:


The Security Client Manager is responsible to grow revenue in our large and or complex security clients. As the trusted advisor to the client, the SCM leads the security partnership deliverables and actively engages in client budget and security project planning. The SCM represents and influences the client's security strategy, is a key stakeholder in transition activities and is the contract authority within the security business line. The SCM is the client advocate inside the security organization.



Responsible to grow revenue inside our top security accounts

Influences client direction, manages competition, and drives change as it relates to customers' strategic plans, in order to influence decisions

RFP / Proposal Response

Contribute to the overall solution and strategy of the response

Participate in solution and financial reviews

Trusted Advisor for the account

Member of project steering committee

Participate in client kick off and weekly / monthly project reviews

Security contract authority

Escalation path for PM and delivery teams on the contract terms and the spirit of agreement

Lead Governance and satisfaction of Steady State Security Management and Delivery excellence

Delivery of the Security Partnership Management Plan

Client Partner in IT Budget and Roadmap activities

Prepare sales quotes and proposals for transformation and service expansion

Manage vendor relationships, present new services and cross sell services

Lead Security Partner Management Plan


Required Knowledge:

Information Security Knowledge - background in security and or selling security in an outsourcing and or large enterprise model

Ability to discuss high level security strategies, governance, risk, security programs, etc.

Familiarity with security solutions

Log management, security management, threat intelligenceRequired Skills & Abilities:

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Both written and verbal - Ability to work across all levels of an organization

Can clearly articulate and document objectives, challenges, value propositions etc.

Able to drive business requirements and business value discussions with senior leaders

Ability to assist client with business cases, proposals, approvals

Ability to prioritize, track and report on various activities across multiple phases of a project and or client relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
