Reporting to two Regional Sales Managers, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support by arranging appointments and preparing itinerary/schedules, answering/redirecting calls, responding to inquiries.Coordinating and scheduling Marketing events, meetings and presentations.Preparing correspondence, special mailings product kits and reports. Sorting and prioritizing incoming mail/faxes for the territory.Assisting with special events by preparing invitations and tickets for distribution, confirming attendance, ordering flowers/plants/gifts, sending weekly thank you cards, and occasionally attending various social events with team.Ensuring that the regional database is current and updated in Salesforce.comProcessing co-op requests from the territory in Co-Op Plus.Maintaining filing system and inventory of office supplies and promotional literature.Obtaining invoices and computing expense reports/cheque requests The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate in accomplishing these functions: Bilingual in French and English is requiredRelated post-secondary educationAdvanced knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional telephone mannerExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of the mutual fund industryExperience with Salesforce or a similar contact management system is an assetKnowledge of Mackenzie’s organizational structure is an asset Internal Applicants:
