Due to continued success and unprecedented growth in Hays Canada, we are now ready to launch our operations in Montreal. We are seeking career-minded individuals who are eager to begin a career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Information Technology or Property and Facilities divisions.
Every day we help clients solve their staffing needs. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and promoting Hays recruitment services to a wide variety of clients within your specialist area through cold calling, face to face meetings and networking at industry events. You will also be pro-actively sourcing and screening suitable candidates to provide your clients with a selection of the best people to fill their vacancies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle of all roles that you process, and be the liaison between client and candidate, ensuring the process is run effectively and efficiently.
Our culture is ambitious and sales-driven, and as such, we are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a sales capacity, who thrives under pressure and responds positively to targets. As you will be working in both official languages, you’ll need to be fluently bilingual in French and English. You’ll need to be passionate about people so you can effectively match the right person to the right job. You’ll need to be inquisitive, wanting to understand more about people, businesses, and the world of work as a whole. We will be looking for ways you have demonstrated these qualities, and will consider not only your work experience, but volunteerism, team/sports involvement, and your cover letter.
