The Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing the finished goods deployment from Keurig facilities (US and Canada Manufacturing sites The candidate will work closely with cross functional supply chain partners across our distribution network. He will be responsible for executing a replenishment strategy that balances service and working capital.
. Maintain consistent contact with Planning, Production, Logistics and Demand Planning to identify and resolve issues affecting the achievement of inventory management goals;
Establish replenishment plans for all products by managing constraint such as minimum order run, lead time, on-hand coverage and safefy stock.
. Communicate all pertinent inventory availability issues to Customer Service & Supply Chain. Act as a hub of information to pass between Customer Service & Supply Chain;
. Balance service verse costs in making daily deployment decisions;
. Maintain material master and replenishment tool to ensure accuracy of information;
. Incorporate and execute "Best Practice" replenishment processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory;
. Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Transportation, Warehouse Operations and Customer Service (Daily/ Weekly) to achieve efficient, cost effective Finished Goods;
. Conduct weekly "Root Cause" analysis and identify corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts;
. Support other Replenishment Planner as needed. Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in related field;
. 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role.
. Proven record demonstrating ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based upon analysis;
. Excellent understanding of overall Supply Chain (including demand planning and logistic);
. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to recognize problems and react in a timely, proactive manner;
Proficient with Microsoft applications, SAP(an asset);
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to all levels of operations and management;
. Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives - challenging current processes and procedures when necessary;
