Triumph Express Service Canada Inc. is a national freight forwarding company with offices across Canada.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Montreal office as part of the Ocean Operations Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:
Opening Operational Files
Sending pre-alert to customers
Issuing Customer Invoices
Following the status of various shipments
Shipment Delivery arrangements and planning
Answering various customers' requests in a timely and efficient manner
This candidate should possess the following qualities:
Bilinual in French/English for both written and spoken
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Set Priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
Ability to work under pressure
