The position of Logistics Coordinator is an operational type role. You will be the primary contact who oversees the stock with the company's warehouses which are managed by a third party.
You will be in charge of ensuring compliance to policies and internal controls, reporting on all KPIs, dealing with distribution-related activities, including negotiating service contracts. You will also ensure quality standards are being met while applying cost-saving measures in place. You will review stock replenishment daily and weekly with third party, and serve as the company's internal go-to person for all distribution-related inquiries.
What are we looking for?
- 5 years of experience in a Logistics Coordinator role
- Resourcefulness and excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in an ERP environment - knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Fluent bilingualism with an advanced command of English
- Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate ideas
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics
- Experience in the luxury retail industry - a huge asset
The salary is negotiable, competitive and based on experience. Please note that this is a 12-month contract.
