Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to work at their St-Laurent location (Highway 13/Highway 40)

This position is responsible for driving Customer Satisfaction by providing remote hardware and Network Solutions to External Customers by providing telephone support for a variety of calls ranging from general inquiries to technical service issues. This role provides 1st line support by selling the benefits of trouble shooting over the telephone to external customers to ensure problem resolution and thus establishing customer satisfaction with each call.


* Provide excellent Customer Service and answer the Customer's call in a friendly and professional manner

* Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers * Diffuse difficult Customer situations

* Focus on providing solutions

* Solve Customer hardware and network solutions problems at 1st level or engage 2nd level support for resolutions

* Meet and exceed performance targets

* Understand responsibilities of various departments and redirect calls to provide best service

* Ensure Quality

* Input information into a computerized data base

* Organize and Prioritize tasks

* Generate Equipment / Supply Leads

* Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Hours: 8:00-6:00PM

One year Contract



* Bilingualism (French & English) Excellent oral & written communication skills in both languages

* Superior Customer Service skills

* Ability to work flexible hours / shifts between 8am and 6 pm Monday through Friday

* Demonstrate success in Remote Skills (Strong problem solving / technical ability)

* Effective communication skills

* Ability to multitask effectively with attention to details

* Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge

* High level of achievement and self-motivation

* Ability to work independently in high pressure situations

* Self-sufficient


* PC and Systems knowledge (MS Office; Explorer etc
