The Field Service Representative is a key contributor in providing technical phone and onsite support and direction to internal and external customers regarding instrument maintenance troubleshooting repair and escalation of more difficult problems and critical account situations to second level support
The Field Service Representative must respond to instrument problems providing customers both corrective and preventive service measures
This support may require extensive overtime and On Call Duty The Field Service Representative is also a primary liaison between the customer and the Sales and Technical Sales functions
Five years of experience as a Field Service Engineer within the Healthcare Diagnostics industry
Associates degree or a college diploma in biomedical engineering technologist or biomedical science from a recognized institution
