As a Field Sales Representative for Koodo Mobile, you own a geographic territory of retail stores and are responsible for growing sales within it via training, merchandising, and relationship building. You will identify opportunities to improve in-store presence and increase retail associate knowledge. You'll build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service & support, coaching and training retail associates on both a 1-1 and one-to-many level, and driving sales to achieve your quarterly targets.
Represent Koodo Mobile in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Drive sales through the design and execution of a territory plan to service assigned retail locations in an efficient and effective manner
Cultivate strong customer relationships with wireless associates, department managers and district managers in order to achieve sales targets
Provide 1-1 and one-to-many training, including training groups of up to 20 retail employees when required
Provide troubleshooting and support
Gather market intelligence
Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales and/or field sales
Dynamic, high-energy and seeking to build a career in the wireless industry
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Strong presentation and influencing skills
Task and goal oriented
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
Flexible to work evenings and ability to work one weekend day per week
Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle
