Salary from $21.70 h Full-Time Job Customer Service Manager Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) 37 Hours per week / 52 weeks per year As the customer service manager you will be managing an effective and efficient IAG and Admissions Department. In the role of customer service manager, you will be ensuring the team provides customers with a high standard of IAG, and a seamless admissions process whilst managing the IAG, and Admissions team to ensure accurate and timely administration and processing of IAG and enrolment information. You as the customer service manager will be monitoring team performance and put interventions in place where required to provide an effective and efficient service as well as providing the college management team with timely and accurate reports. Duties as the customer service manager will include: liaising with curriculum areas and support teams to maintain up to date knowledge of curriculum development and course information and IAG requirements; co-ordinating staff operation including weekly rotas, planning for staff cover and support of college events in liaison with marketing and schools liaison; lead on the development of IT systems to improve the admissions and enrolment process; ensuring that college income relating to enrolments is appropriately collected from students and sponsors and that central funding queries are resolved with the appropriate funding body. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for delivering a high standard of customer service and IAG. You should have a broad experience of providing IAG and able to demonstrate a track record of motivating, developing and managing a team of IAG Advisers.
