GRS Payout Annuity Services is looking for a dynamic and skilled individual who is eager to join a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a member of our team, this role is accountable to deliver superior customer service to future and existing pensioners who contact our call centre. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, proven time-management skills, and the demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment.
Respond to client inquiries received in our call centre.
Respond quickly to client inquiries or concerns.
Responsible for handling changes to client files.
Handle all inquiries with high attention to detail and accuracy within preset timelines.Competencies:
Bilingual (French and English, verbal and written)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong letter-writing ability
Very strong interpersonal skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure
Working knowledge of the Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Requirements:
Cegep diploma or minimum 2 years customer service experience
Flexibility to cover business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Call centre experience an asset
