The person who will be the most effective in this position is someone who has:
.Experience working with shipping containers
.Incredible organizational skills
The chosen candidate will be responsible for reconciling customer accounts as well as following up on collections, allocating and collecting payments.
The candidate would also have the task of communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and fax to investigate and resolve queries.
.Reconciliation of accounts
.Monitoring customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
.Understand and answer customer questions
.Maintain accounts receivable
.1-2 years with SAP software is an absolute must
.1-2 years experience in shipping industry
.Proficient in MS Office Applications
.Great spoken English. French not needed but is an asset.
